600 Wave vibrating screen shale shaker screen for drilling solid control
1: Description
The shaker screen are constructcted with two or three 304 or 316 stainless steelwirecloth layers, after compounded and bended, with a steel backing plate combined together. The wire cloth and bottom steel backing plate combined tightly, increase the filtering area 120% to 150% more tahn Flat Panel Screen, so get an better effective.
2: Features
Different layers with different density.To arrange these layers
reasonably and exactly,the screening effect will become more
better.
The waved cloth bonded to metal backing plate,has more surface.The effective area of Waved screen obtain 125% to 150% of a flat screen, so that Waved screen can load more drilling fluid flow.

4: Technical details
The screen's material is epoxy glue.
About the types of wire cloth, we can provide DX, HP, DF, XR, XL,
RHB and so on. We can provide three-layer even four-layer all types
of screen cloth.
The material of steel frame is Q235. The composite material is modified polypropylene.
