1: Description
The wave typed screens, the wire cloth and bottom steel backing plate combined tightly, increase the filtering area 120% to 150% compared to hook strip flat screen. The result is a screen that increases fluid handling capacity. Wave shaped screen provide an easy, cost effective increase in shaker performance. 3: Technical details
The screen's material is epoxy glue.
We use excellent level wire cloth(304, 316), the material epoxy
glue has environmental suitability.The curing temperature is above
220 degrees. The softening temperature is 140 degrees. The sealing
rubber strip is NBR, so our screens could meet the terrible
acid-base environment.
About the types of wire cloth, we can provide DX, HP, DF, XR, XL,
RHB and so on. We can provide three-layer even four-layer all types
of screen cloth.
