1: Description
API RP 13C Compliant Screens Mongoose Shaker Screens for oil drilling. These products screen panels are constructed with two or three 304 or 316 stainless steel wire cloth layers with a steel backing plate and steel frame combined together.because of different mesh size and hole size,get an better filtering effect.
The bottom high strength steel frame,supporting bar with the moderate tension screen cloth,combined together, infinitely enhance the screen intensity and endurance, get an better fiteringeffective. Mesh sizes ranging from 20 to 325,specially customized.
Regarding the shaker screens’ cloths layers. According to the experience, we usually produce 3 layers cloths when the API mesh ≥140, we usually produce 2 layers cloths when the API mesh < 140. About the cloths layers, we manufacture according to customers’ demands.
2: Application
Shale shaker screen widely used in petroleum drilling machine, solids control equipment, desander, desilter and so on. Especially,it is the important fitting of drilling slurry purified equipment.
For acid,alkali conditions screening and filtering.
Used as Mud network for the oil industry,chemical fiber industry for filter screen, electroplate industry to make pickling network,etc.

4: Advantages
Composite material shaker screen has lighter weight. Furthermore, it can be repaired easily. Due to the patented plug-repair system, the time for repairing the damage of the screen mesh is reduced largely and it only needs less than two minutes. When repairing the damaged screen mesh, there is no need for removing the damaged mesh as well as the processes of cutting, gluing and bonding the mesh. Composite screens provide longer life and greater screen area.
High-capacity composite screens provide a significant increase in fluid capacity as well as excellent resistance to blinding providing dryer solids discharge and a larger net usable screen area.
