The HCNW3120-500E Isolation Power IC is a highly reliable, bidirectional, monolithic isolation IC that provides up to 5 A of regulated power between two isolated ports. It offers superior electrical performance with a wide operating temperature range and high isolation voltages up to 5,000 Vrms. It also provides a variety of protections, including over-current and over-temperature protection, making it suitable for a range of industrial, automotive and consumer applications.
