MAX823LEUK+T Power Management IC
The MAX823LEUK+T is a power management IC from Maxim Integrated which integrates the functions of a power-on reset, low-battery detector, and brown-out detector into a single 8-pin package.
Features:
- Low-Battery Detection: Detects VCC as low as 2.7V with a 0.25V
hysteresis
- Brown-out Detection: Detects VCC as low as 2.7V
- Power-On Reset: Provides a stable reset output for VCC greater
than 1.8V
- Microprocessor Reset: Active-low reset output with a guaranteed
minimum pulse width of 100ms
- Temperature Range: -40°C to +125°C
- Package: 8-pin SOIC
- Lead Free/RoHS Compliant (Note 8)
