LMR36015FBRNXT Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. This harley voltage regulator has 12 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. There is a 12-VFQFN package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Surface Mount, Wettable Flank-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. -40°C~150°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating.
This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1MHz. Input voltage 4.2V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1V. The output current of 1.5A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility.
