The CY2302SXC-1T is an integrated circuit IC chip that is designed
to provide fast frequency synthesis and phase-locked loop (PLL)
capabilities. It provides low phase noise, wide frequency range,
and fast lock-time characteristics. The chip integrates a
phase-frequency detector, a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO), a
prescaler, and a divide-by-N counter.
