The Macronix MX25L12845GMI-08G Flash Memory Chips are ideal for embedded applications. The chips provide a high-speed, low-power solution with a wide range of features, including a 128Mbit capacity, a maximum clock frequency of 133MHz, and a wide voltage range of 1.8V to 3.6V. The chips also feature a random and fast read access time of 45ns and a fast and programmable write access time of 0.5 µs. The chips also feature a sector erase time of 2ms, a block erase time of 4ms, and a chip erase time of 64ms. The chips are designed with a 64-byte page program and support QPI, Dual SPI, and Quad SPI. The MX25L12845GMI-08G also features a deep power-down mode and a write protect pin for added security.
