Water Well Screens are designed for construction of well depths of
100 m, 200 m, 350 m & 600 m. Custom deep wells available upon
request. It is manufactured using our unique digital controlled
machinery in which a continuous length of profile wire of a
triangular section is fusion welded onto support rods to form a
pipe screen.
This V shaped profile wire is wound around the support rods
over the full length of the screen thus creating a continuous slot
opening.
Well screens have high opening area, as well as accurate slot
dimension. When compared to conventional perforated liners, Water
Well Screens have superior open area due to their continuous slot
openings.
The Benefits of using profile wire well screens rather than perforated
screen:
Reduced energy consumption and increased water flow.
Reduced erosion of entry surfaces and increased well life.
Allowing a uniform and efficient well development.
Reduced significantly potential pump damage and subsequent
