2. The structure of the vulcanizing machine is a column structure, and the pressing form is a down-pressing type.

3. There are three heating methods: electric heating, steam heating and heat transfer oil heating.

4. The vulcanizing temperature can be set and showed in the digital displan.
5. The pillar is made of high quality # 45 cast steel . The hardness , wear resistance and abrasive resistance is high improved by quenching and tempering.
6. Heating plate is made of Q-235A ductile iron , It is processed by the high temperature aging treatment.
