Reverse osmosis water system uses membrane separation technology to remove charged ions, inorganic substances, colloidal particles, bacteria and organic matter in water. It generally includes pretreatment system, reverse osmosis unit, post-treatment system, cleaning system and electrical control system. The purpose of pretreatment is to make the raw water meet the inlet requirements of the ro membrane separation unit and ensure the stable operation of the ro purification system. Reverse osmosis membrane system is the most economical and efficient purification method to remove more than 98% ions, organic matter and 100% microorganisms in raw water at one time. The ultra-purification post-treatment system further removes trace ions, organics and other impurities in the reverse osmosis pure water through a variety of integrated technologies, so as to meet the requirements of the final water quality index.

Reverse osmosis purified water treatment system generally includes pretreatment system, reverse osmosis device, post-treatment system, cleaning system and electrical control system.

 

1, the pretreatment system generally includes the original water pump, dosing device, quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, precision filter, etc. Its main function is to reduce the pollution index of raw water and other impurities such as residual chlorine to meet the requirements of reverse osmosis inlet water.

3. Post-treatment system is an additional configuration in the case that reverse osmosis cannot meet the requirements of outlet water. Mainly including negative bed, positive bed, mixed bed, sterilization, ultrafiltration and other one or more of the equipment.

4, cleaning system is mainly composed of cleaning water tank, cleaning water pump, precision filter. When the reverse osmosis system is polluted and the effluent index cannot meet the requirements, it is necessary to clean the reverse osmosis system to restore its efficacy.

1. The system can be fully automatic continuous production of water.

3. The core components of reverse osmosis system are CNP pump and Vontron reverse osmosis membrane.

4. The pure water tank automatically opens when the water level is low, and the original water tank automatically closes when the water level is high.

1. What is the material of ro water treatment system membrane?
