Our Shuttle machine is built to meet the needs of large-scale production. It is capable of producing multiple orders simultaneously even when the moulds need to become changed throughout the manufacturing process. Unlike its peers, its arms have different thickness and shape, so it has to adapt to different molding times.

This machine caters to a wide variety of rotational moulding products, including Water Tanks, Oil Tanks, Military Boxes, Lampshades, Urea Tanks, Inspection Wells, Roadblocks, Floats,Auto Parts, Kayaks,Boats,Troughs, Calf Barns and Septic Tanks, among others.

Amongst its features, there are three different types of work arms to choose from: Straight-Arm, L-Style Offset Arm or C-Style Offset Arm. Heating methods can come in Natural Gas, Liquefied Gas or Diesel Oil. It also has patented insulation heating chamber that helps reduce energy consumption and lower the costs of production.

Each of the machines is equipped with independent running arms, thus reaching the highest efficiency. It also comes with an interlock function that allows for safe and stable operation. Its real-time monitoring of the heating chamber temperature helps with quality control. Plus, it has the ability to save production formulas and recipe, making production management easier.

To make this machine as user-friendly as possible, it has been equipped with Siemens fully automatic PLC and multiple function Touch Screen, as well as auto-inspection of breakdowns. What’s more, it can work with remote fault diagnosis for added convenience.
