RSC-I pre-combustion furnace is suitable for mixing sludge and hazardous waste in cement kilns. Because hazardous waste and sludge have the characteristics of low calorific value, high water content, and small disposal volume, compared with RSC-II, this furnace body is narrower and has fewer steps, so it does not need to introduce tertiary air and raw materials, and its maximum production capacity can be achieved. Up to 10 tons/hour. RSC-Ⅱ pre-combustion furnace is suitable for blending and burning alternative fuels in cement kilns. Because alternative fuels have the characteristics of high calorific value, low water content, and large disposal capacity, compared with RSC-I, this furnace has a wider furnace body and more steps. It needs to introduce tertiary air and raw materials, and its maximum production capacity can reach 30 tons/hour.
Features
Strong airflow disturbance, different trajectories for light and
heavy materials
The materials entering the furnace realize different movement
trajectories in the airflow disturbance formed by the tertiary wind
and air cannon. Light materials are suspended in the middle of the
furnace body, preheated and dried, then enter the calciner with the
tertiary air to continue burning. The heavy material rolls and
burns to the next step under the action of the air cannon, and the
ash enters the calciner.
Integrated design, high heat utilization efficiency
The furnace body is integrated with the calciner, and the heat
generated by the material is directly transferred to the calciner
for use. Introduce hot raw meal, use the heat absorption principle
of hot raw meal in the pre-combustion furnace to directly absorb
the heat generated by the material and play a role in controlling
the furnace temperature.
Multifunctional combustion platform, accepting a variety of
materials
The decomposing combustion platform is a multi-layer composite
structure, which can prevent the cracking of refractory materials
caused by contact with high water-content materials such as sludge.
The hydraulic pusher at the end of the platform can remove the
coking produced by straw or high-organic materials in time.
