molybdenum. Duplex 2205 offers good corrosion resistance, high
strength, and excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking.
Super Duplex 2507: This grade has a higher chromium and molybdenum
content compared to Duplex 2205. It provides even greater corrosion
resistance, particularly in environments with high chloride and
acidic conditions.
Other duplex stainless steel grades: There are several other duplex
stainless steel grades available, such as Duplex 2304, Duplex 2507,
and Duplex 2101, each with its own specific composition and
properties.
Cold-rolled super duplex stainless steel plates refer to super duplex stainless steel plates that have undergone a cold-rolling process. Cold rolling involves passing the steel through rollers at room temperature, which increases its strength, improves the surface finish, and reduces the thickness.
Super duplex stainless steel is a high-performance material known for its exceptional corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. It consists of a mixed microstructure of austenite and ferrite, providing superior strength and toughness compared to standard duplex stainless steel.

Super Duplex 2507: This is the most widely used super duplex stainless steel grade. It contains high levels of chromium, molybdenum, and nitrogen, providing excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride stress corrosion cracking.
