Intro:
This machine is customized machine for transistors, bridge rectifier, It can manage casing threading, heat shrinking, leg cutting, and molding.
The shrink tube should be rolled, and the machine automatically cuts the tube and insert it onto the pins.

Technical features:
1. The vibrating plate is sorted and fed by front and back sides.
1500-2000 components can be poured into the vibrating plate each
time.
2. Cutting feet: adjustable length;
3. Molding: Molding at 90 degrees (the actual angle after molding
is 90~95 degrees);
4. Applicable: Suitable for single specification materials
(ICBG/bridge rectifier) to automatically wear heat shrinkable
sleeves (single diameter specification), heat shrink, leg cutting,
and forming.
5. Features: Single specification, stable performance.
6. Features: The casing is complete and the heat shrink is
beautiful. (The diameter of the heat shrink sleeve is determined by
the supplier when making it).
Note:
1) The equipment can have legs cut or not;
2) The equipment can have legs bent or not;
3) Recommended diameter of heat shrinkable tube: 4~5mm (the
diameter of the casing is determined by the supplier according to
the material);
4) Heat shrinkable tube length range: 6-13mm;
Note: The molding dimensions are made according to the samples, PCB
boards, and heat sinks provided by the customer.
