Mud Pump Spare Parts Sealings
1.The rubber products are application to both oil base and water
base drilling mud.
Including: seals, piston rubber, valve insert, bladder, etc.
2.The piston rubber and valve rubber are the mainly spare part of
mud pump fluid end system,in the meantime, it is one of the use of
the largest wearing parts.
3.The piston rubber, valve rubber is the vulcanization of rubber
products .The material of ordinary piston rubber is nitrile rubber
, acrylate rubber .
As the valve is used, both the strike face and the insert wear. However, unless a rock or other object is caught in the valve, the wear is progressive and predictable. Based on your operations and the guidelines below, you can make better decisions on valve condition and may be able to lengthen the period before pulling caps and checking valves and seats.
