Hyflon® perfluoropolymer is the range of melt-processable perfluoroalkoxy fluorocarbon resins specifically designed for high-temperature service with virtually universal chemical resistance. It is a family of semicrystalline resins that combines high-performance properties with exceptional value.

NEOFLON FEP NP-Series is a melt moldable fluoropolymer. It has excellent thermal stability, electric properties, abrasion resistance, and long-term weatherability. It is widely used for the products of wire insulation, cable jackets, tubes.

Market Applications

The excellent resistance against aggressive environments and against thermal stress cracking makes Hyflon® perfluoropolymer particularly suitable for pipes and tubes used in chemical transportation and in the oil & gas industry.
Thanks to the ease of processing using transfer molding techniques, Hyflon® perfluoropolymer resins can be used for linings of valves, tubes, and fittings that require special thermal and chemical resistance. These resins can also be injection molded to obtain self-supported items like fittings and valves.
In the electrical industry, Hyflon® perfluoropolymer products are used as primary insulation for high-temperature hook-up wires.

Hyflon PFA is a unigue family of semi-crystalie, melt procesable perluoropolymers which combine excelent mechanical characteristics to uniouepropertiles such as chemicalinertness,heat resistance,inherent flame resistance, ow surface eneroy,and exeotionaldielectric properties, Hvtlon pfA resinshave been designed to retain their properties over a wide range of temperatures from cryogenic to 250-260*c (482-500'f) and are the material of choice inapplications such as linings in the Chemical Process industry, specialty cables,semiconductor industry,aerospace, and other challenging industries.

HyflonPFA P450 is a medium molecular weight, hioh melt flow rate multi purpose resin designed for cable extrusion and iniection molding. Hylon PFA P450 hasobtained UL758 recognition for continuous use at 260'c (500°F) and is an ASTM D3307 -Type l resin.
