Production Process
1. Making Sample:
The sample is the first step to confirm every details, and also prove the mass production sample.
2. Cutting Workshop:
The material of products are cutted by hand, and some are punched by machine.
3. Sewing Workshop:
We have 3-5 sewing workshop lines, every line have about 10-15 workers. We always hire skilled workers,
to ensure to make every product perfect, at the same time, we have an inspection for every working line.
4. QC Department:
Every product is checked and then packed to ensure every one is perfect.
