Product Specification

Knowledge about hair:

1. Hair Smell: Factory wash the hair with warm water and shampoo, and we will put the hair oil to hair before shipment, protecting the hair from being dry during long-term delivery. But smell will fade away after washing via good shampoo and conditioner
2. Length: We will double check the hair type and length before shipment. When you receive the hair, you can measure it by stretching it, so you can get the correct length.
3. Coloring: All hair can be dyed/bleached to any color you want, but remember virgin hair will be easily dry after leaving hair donor, so don't dye or bleach hair too frequently, it will do harm on hair. Also please do it professionally.
4. Gray hair: Virgin non-dyed hair have a few strands gray hair inside. We usually pick the gray hair out on production, but we do not guarantee 100% no gray hair. Please understand and pick the few strands out yourself. Thanks
5. Shedding: There will be a few strands in hand when comb hair with fingers, but it's normal, just like our own hair. We highly suggest you sew the weft before installing. It can avoid the shedding in the future.
6. Wave hair Texture: Wave/Curly hair was made by steam, without any chemicals, so the texture will be looser after washing, please kindly understand we do it for maintain the hair lifetime and natural state.
7. Restyle: You can do your own style after buying hair, by flexi rods, flexi iron or hair straightener. But different hair donors have different kind of hair, you need to style them with proper and corresponding degree.
8. Tangle: The hair can tangle due to dryness, oil, dirt, salt water chlorine and not combing (wide-tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash and condition your hair twice a week. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.
9. Split/Dry Ends: Only virgin hair will have split ends. Our hair will be a little day after leaving hair donor, because it lost human nutrition. You can put some olive/argan oil to keep them good.

How to wash the hair extension?

1. Start by brushing and combing your hair to remove any tangles.
2. Gradually add water to moisten the hair. If the hair is dry and you soak it with water, it can swell and create matting and tangles. This can lead to damage for the extensions.
3. Comb or brush the hair as you moisten it to keep it from tangling.
4. Add an appropriate amount of a good quality shampoo.
5. Wash the extensions from the top down while gently working the shampoo into the strands.
6. Rinse thoroughly with clean water, again working from the top down.
7. Apply a quality conditioner, but avoid adding too much. Too much conditioner can cause build up that can lead to tangles. A leave-in conditioner is ideal.
8. Wrap your hair in a towel and gently press the excess water out.
9. Comb through the extensions and allow them to air dry.
10. Style as usual.
