The rubber pad for railway includes a rubber pad body, and the rubber pad body includes a first wear-resistant layer, an anti-skid side plate, a noise reduction layer, a buffer layer, a polyamide layer and a second wear-resistant layer arranged in sequence , the anti-skid side plates are arranged on both sides of the first wear-resistant layer and the second wear-resistant layer, rubber pad is an important part in track structure, installation between steel and concrete sleeper, its main function is generated when the buffer by rail vehicle high speed vibration and impact, protect the roadbed and the sleeper, and signal system for electrical insulating.

The shape of rail pad is made according to the requirements of fastening types. Dimension needs to match with design and rail profile.

For the existing railway rubber backing plate mold, it is generally necessary to combine the upper mold with the lower mold through the work of the hydraulic cylinder, and the use cost is relatively high; the formed railway rubber backing plate cannot be cooled rapidly, and the production efficiency is low, which is now proposed. The following scheme includes a base, two ends of the top wall of the base are fixed with vertical support plates, the top ends of the two support plates are fixed with a box body, and the middle position of the bottom wall of the box body is sequentially fixed with a plurality of vertical support plates along the width direction. The middle position of the top wall of the box body is fixed with a lower mold, an upper mold is installed directly above the lower mold, and the top of the heat dissipation plate is fixedly connected with the bottom wall of the lower mold. The utility model has novel design and simple operation. There is no need to use a hydraulic cylinder, the use cost is low, the formed railway rubber pad can be quickly cooled, and the production efficiency is high.

 

Kingrail invented an anti-deformation, anti-aging railway rubber pad and its preparation process, including a first rubber pad, a second rubber pad assembly and a third rubber pad; the first rubber pad and the The third rubber pads are respectively spliced on both sides of the second rubber pad assembly; the first rubber pad is in the shape of a long strip, one end is provided with a first groove, and the other end is flush; The second rubber pad assembly is formed by splicing a plurality of second rubber pads, one end of the second rubber pad is provided with a second groove, and the other end is provided with a second protrusion matching the second groove; The third rubber pad is in the shape of a long strip, one end of which is provided with a third protrusion, and the other end is flush. In the event of damage, one of the rubber pad components can be replaced, reducing costs

Railway rubber pad is an important part of the track structure. It is installed between the rail and the concrete sleeper. Its main function is to buffer the high-speed vibration and impact generated when the vehicle passes through the rail, protect the road bed and sleeper, and carry out the electrical insulation of signal systems. And long-term exposure in the atmosphere, railway rubber pad is required to have good resistance to natural aging, cold and heat. The rubber pad for subway has a good performance of low noise absorption.
