Features

Quarter turn operation
Precision conductive plastic potentiometer made by Sakae Japan with ≤ 0.5% error, for continuous resistance output signal of valve position
Strong corrosion resistant with external powder coated aluminum alloy housing cover
Heavy duty motor with thermal overload protection
Anti-off bolt, alloy steel spur gears and final stage aluminum bronze worm sector gear
Adjustable mechanical stops to prevent over travel
An electro-mechanical brake is NOT required
manual handle is safe, reliable, labor-saving, small

Description

DCL C model electric actuator is equipped with potentiometer to feedback continuous resistance signal. Always used for some control system that can transfer resistance signal to current signal or voltage signal outside actuator. The resistance value output is proportional to valve position, 500Ω and 1000Ω range are optional. Two auxiliary micro limit switches can be added to feedback passive signals of full open and full close position.

Actuators are tested to rigorous UL and CSA standards and certified by CSA. CE marked and RoHS 3.0 complied, all tested by SGS. International standard ISO5211 multi flange direct mounting plate is added without special valve bracket.
