Features

Quarter turn operation with compact design
ISO 5211 multi flange mounting well coupled to soft seal, metal seal, PVC butterfly valve
Rare earth material permanent magnet brush motor, perfect robustness, very low temperature rise during operation
Self-locking worm gear drive prevents back driving to keep no leak of valve
Water proof IP67 and NEMA 4X aluminum alloy enclosure with C3 level corrosion resistance
Very compact size for 360° installation, with water proof connector and cable optional
Visual position indicator, flat or convex optional
CSA listed/UL complied/CE marked/RoHS 3.0 tested

Description

DCL compact electric actuators are widely used for damper control, such as farm ventilator,factory ventilator, boiler ventilator etc. We can also provide customized swinging arm production and waterproof cable connection. The compact and light weight design can be easily installed to any frame or supporter. Permanent lubricated worm gear do not need any field maintenance after installation. Self-locking function can keep damper at any position by shut off power.

Actuators are rigorous tested and certificated by CSA per UL and CSA standard, by SGS per CE and RoHS 3 standard.
