LVT floor has four layers from bottom to top
1)The bottom layer is made of PVC.
2)The printing layer, the design pattern of LVT floor is printed on the printing layer
3)The wear resistant layer, the transparent wear-resistant layer made of pure PVC protect the printing layer
4)UV protective coating,protect wear-resistant layer
Quality inspection operator should take careful notes.If any false recording found or don’t operate as per regulation ,will punish the related stuff.If jobs finished well,will encourage the related stuff by rewarding.
