65/132 Extruder Machine

Can meet different diameters, designed screw structure. and can evenly heat, plasticize PVC powder and extrude pipes.

4 Cavity Mold

The mould is made of high-quality alloy steel, the internal flow channel is chrome-plated and highly polished, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.

Cooling Water Tank

The calibrating and cooling tank can calibrate and cool the PVC pipe from the mould.

Tractor and Cutting Machine

The special cutting machine is suitable for different pipe diameters, avoids the trouble of frequently changing clamping device.

Production Process:

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Mixer machine → Auto loader → Extruder machine → Mold(1 out 4)→ Cooling water tank → traction machine → cutting machine → Stacker

Production Method

This process starts by feeding plastic material (pellets, granules, flakes or powders) from a hopper into the barrel of the extruder.

The material is gradually melted by the mechanical energy generated by turning screws and by heaters arranged along the barrel. The melten polymer is then forced into a die, which shapes the polymer into a pipe that hardens during cooling.
