Introduction to main modules of the whole machine,

 

1.  Machine frames:

* After accurate finite element stress analysis, the machine frame adopts stable circular radiation triangular interconnection design, and high-grade casting  materials QT500-7 and HT250 are selected after strict material analysis.

 

* The machine frames adopt high-precision temperature control furnace, carries out the regenerative heat treatment process according to the corresponding temperature curve of the material, and then carries out the full frequency vibration aging treatment for sufficient time to release the internal stress.

 

* The installation surfaces and holes of the fuselage guide rail, lead screw, positioning turntable and transmission mechanism are clamped and processed at one time by a large CNC floor boring machine.

 

* Different fixtures are designed for different workpieces, and high-precision multi axis machining center is used to process the workpieces to ensure the consistency of accuracy before and after clamping.

 

* For weldments, no matter large or small, carbon dioxide shielded welding is adopted in the whole welding process, and the full welding process is adopted at the welding position.

 

* For each workpiece, a high-precision dial u meter is used to accurately measure each workpiece.

 

2. Servo system:

The pure electric servo full closed-loop system is adopted, and the system supports 16 axis concurrent linkage at most. Actually, 9-axis (11 axis) is used, which is the real 9-axis (11 axis) concurrent linkage.

 

3. Feeding system: (multiple schemes can be selected)
