Standard configratures of the Shear

1. The Shear machine frame is full welded structure made by welding aparatus and stress relief process by Annealing treatment. 

2. The three-point rolling guide rail is used to support the blade/knife holder.

3. Estun E21S controller: LCD display the position of back gauge

SUNNY, USA or Allead Germany oil pump with slide-in pipes joints
Back gauge is moved with Ball-screw shaft and Linear guider, driven by AC motor

Hydraulic hold-downs with sequential operation

One set of bladder-type accumulator as an auxiliary energy source
Moveable foot switch with Emergency
Front safe guard fences to avoid fingers enter
One set of Rectangular blade (upper and lower) with four cutting edges, materials is 6CrW2Si/9CrSi
Front support arms (3sets) with length 750-1000mm
The universal conveying ball supporting table ,reduce the contact between sheet plate and machine work table
Internal hexagonal key spanner for adjusting blades
