FEATURES
All the gears are made of 20 CrMnTi ,undergoes quenched and precise

Feeder unit
- 4-row shafts rotary feeding type, easy operating, high precision.
- 7.5Kw high pressure centrifugal fan motor, the volume can be
adjusted depending on the degree of the cardboard bending, with
easy operation and high precision.
- Left and Right baffle position are both manual electrical adjusting
and lead by wire rod.
- Position of the Front baffle is manual synchronous adjusting.
- Cardboard skip-feeding function: customer can choose skip-feeding
mode according to requirements to ensure large format cardboard can
be processed.
- Main motor adopts frequency conversion controlling, it is stable
when starting and operating the machine. Energy saving 30%.
Printer unit
>
Printing Roller
- External diameter 406mm(printing plate thickness is 7.2mm), with
surface grinding and hard chrome plating.
- Made of alloy steel with high quality, dynamic balance correction.
- Roller body is engraved reference line on horizontal direction and
vertical direction, easy to register.
- Ratchet fixation type coiling shaft hanging the printing plate,
equipping locking device on the left and right side, ensure easy
operating and accurate alignment.
Impression Roller
- External diameter 136mm.
- Adopts Steel pipe with surface grinding and hard chrome plating.
- Dynamic balance correction, stable operating.
- Gaps between impression rollers are adjusted by bipolar self
locking worm gear case and equipped with handle, scale showing on
the case to ensure convenient and quick adjusting, the range of
adjusting is 0-11 mm.
- Precision planetary device is used for phase adjustment, electric
digital display, it is also can be set by inputting size number in
touch screen. It can be adjusted either on the boot or after
shutdown.
Anilox Roller
- Adopts high quality steel with external diameter 190mm, with
surface grinding, rolling mesh, hard chrome plating, dynamic
balance correction, removing the centrifugal force.
- Gaps between the anilox roller and printing roller can be adjusted
by bipolar self locking worm gear case, equipping with handle,
scale showing on the case.
- Anilox roller automatically rolling to avoid ink dry-up,
automatically cleaning.
- Working in with the cardboard feeding system, air-pressured
automatically lifting device, anilox roller automatically fall and
get in touch with printing roller when starting feeding, and
automatically lifting up to separate with printing roller when
stopping feeding, reduces abrasion and improve service life.
- Ceramic roller and doctor blade is optional according to
requirements.
Slotter unit
>
Operation Controlling:
- Adopts computerized touch screen, automatically adjusting and
testing through the rotary encoder and PLC, stored order can be
called, fast and efficient automatically contraposition.
- In addition to the use of a computer touch screen, the axial and
box height of each cutter seat is adjusted by PLC and rotary
encoder. The electric control button can also be used to adjust the
axial and box height of each cutter seat.
- It is equipped with an emergency stopping device to ensure safety.
- In the horizontal adjustment, the design of the knife slot is
adopted, and the upper and lower knives are meshed together when
the order is adjusted, and the cutting tool is protected.
Slotting Phase Adjusting:
- The phase is controlled by a special computer instrument and the
electric digital 360 degree adjustment (can be adjusted during
operation or stopped).
- The phase zero device ensures the slotting position to be changed
quickly.
- Single shaft and double knives slotting, and the high adjustment of
the box is used to adjust the structure of inner tooth, so that the
lubricating oil is not easy to pollute the cardboard. And the box
high adjustment has electronic anti-collision protection device,
will not damage the machine.
Creasing Wheel:
- The pressing shaft is made of thickened and high quality seamless
steel pipe. The surface is lapping and hard chromium plating, and
the movement is smooth.
- The axial position of the creasing wheel and the slotting cutter is
automatically adjusted by the precision guide screw.
- Upper creasing wheels are coated high quality resin to avoid
cardboard to be crushed.
- The adjustment of the lower shafts of the creasing wheel and
slotting cutter adopts the adjustable eccentric sleeve structure,
making the structure compact, convenient for adjustment and
accurate positioning. The clearance of the lower shafts of the
creasing wheel and slotting cutter is manually adjusted by the
bipolar self locking worm gear.
Pre-creasing Wheel:
- The upper and lower shaft diameter of 110mm, equipped with five
sets of pre-creasing wheel.
- The position of the pre-creasing wheel and the slotting cutter is
axially synchronous adjusting.
- It can effectively prevent the phenomenon of crushed cardboard.
Die cutting unit
- Die-cutter roller is made of high quality 45# Steel, with hard
chrome plated and balance correction.
- The rubber pad adopts Taiwan famous brand MAXDURA, flexurane
sleeve, with smooth incision, easy to install, ensure the usage
life over 10 million times.
- A mechanical left and right mobile device for the rubber cushion
roll to ensure the different positions of cutter, effectively
prolongs the rubber working life. The moving distance is 40mm, to
ensure the wear of the rubber pad more average.
- It is equipped with cylinder separation device, but when the
cardboard is empty, the upper and lower two rolls can be separated
to reduce the wear and tear of the rubber sleeve and the cutter.
Prolong the service life of the rubber sleeve and the cutter.
- The rubber roller consist of two polished bars and one screw bar.
Automatically fix roller when the rubber pad wore badly, both ends
equipped travel switch in case of collision. The alarm lights keep
lighting when fixing the pad, ensure the safety.
- A new type of aluminum alloy self locking worm gear box is adjusted
to display the scale of the upper and lower rollers, convenient and
quickly, the adjustable range is 0-8mm.
- Adopts precision planetary gear device.
- The phase is adjusted by electric digital display or digital
control (360 degrees) (operation and stop can be adjusted).
- In addition to the standard rotary cutting the main function, it
also equipped with four sets of steel blade mold. Easy to install
and uninstall, simple adjustment (this mold is for optional,
additional charge is required).
