DTF printers work process:

1. Prepare design: Use computer software to create or prepare the design or image you want to print on the textile.

2. Printing: The design is loaded into the DTF printer and the DTF film to be printed is placed on the printing platform.

3. Inkjet: The printer uses a jet of dtf ink on the film to create the desired pattern. The ink and hot melt powder are then attached to the top of the dtf film by means of a dither oven.

4. Heat curing: After printing, the pattern on top of the film is transferred to a textile and fixed by heat pressing or heat transfer.

Packaging and Shipping for DTF Printer Machine

    1.The DTF Printer Machine will be securely packaged in a cardboard box with Styrofoam protection for the machine and all accessories. The package will be marked with the product name and serial number, as well as the customer’s name and address.

    2.The package will be shipped to the customer via an insured air freight/courier service. The customer will receive a tracking number once the package is shipped.
