About 3x3 martin fabric:
3x3 Martin is high density and thick weaving fabric, generally divided into three warp and three weft.Martin fabric’s feature very similar with canvas, visual difference is martin is doubling weaving and canvas is twisting weaving. Martin fabric’s tension strength is a little less than canvas, but the style is fashion which used on bags, shoes and garment.
Process:
Spinning, weaving, inspection, semi-bleached or bleached, reactive dye as customer's request.
QC:
1. Checking the raw material after they arrived our fty.
2. Checking the yarn after spinning.
3. Checking the finished fabric after weaving.
4. Checking the fabric after reactive dye.
