Our Standard Mold Base CI2545.609080! This mold, measuring 300x450x356mm, adheres to the LKM standard and features a cashew gate. It's a two-plate mold with a straightforward design, offering cost-effectiveness and ease of use.
The mold weighs 310 kg and is designed for use with an injection molding machine (IMM) with a tonnage of 130 metric tons. Certain surfaces of the mold have been polished to MT11010/SPI-A2/SPI-B2 standards, enhancing its smoothness, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. This high-quality polishing greatly facilitates the injection molding process, allowing for easy demolding and reduced cycle times.
The cavity and core of the mold are made of 1*2/S136 mold steel, which enhances hardness and corrosion resistance, ultimately reducing maintenance costs and ensuring continuous mass production. Additionally, the mold utilizes a hot runner system and includes one slide.
The injection-molded part produced by this mold is made of PC material, with a net weight of 7.3g and dimensions of 43.75mm in length, 85.49mm in width, and 14.88mm in height.
