It operates as a two-plate mold with a side gate and cashew gate, ensuring automatic part separation upon mold opening. With a focus on efficiency, this mold offers a short cycle time, easy filling, smooth demolding, and cost-effectiveness, perfectly aligning with our customers' requirements. It has an impressive mold life of up to 500k shots. Additionally, it features a cold runner system and is compatible with an injection molding machine (IMM) tonnage of 100 tons. The mold weighs 94 kg and is polished to SPI B-2 standards. The injection-molded part, made of PC material, weighs 0.22g and measures 8.24 x 8.21 x 2.72mm.
