The insulator cap are made from high density malleable iron , each
piece of caps are well tested with magnetic powder testing .
The insulator cap surface are hot galvanized , Min. zinc thickness
are more than 85μm . the galvanization surface are smooth and
shinning , and without of any defect.
Features:
1. Porcelain metal cap, steel foot and porcelain upper part surfaces which are in contact with cement shall be coated with a film of thin bitumastic paint.
2. Standard: product drawing, GB1001-86 (cap and
suspension insulator technical requirements), GB7253-87
3. Cement adhesive shall conforms to JB4307-86
