This type of 3 wire 4 wire SPI MCU 8/9/16/ 18 BIT RGB 6/16/18BIT can be suitable for a variety of scenarios. From the datasheet we can know the driver of the LCD is is ST7789V. THE lowest operating temperature can reach -20°C (-4°F) and highest is 70°C (158°F).

However, TFT LCD module has different tooling cost which includes
FPC, Touch screen, backlight, bezel and so on.
