EVR Solenoid Valve Product Introduction:

Our plunger solenoid valve are direct or servo operated solenoid valve for liquid, suction, and hot gas lines with fluorinated refrigerants. EVR plunger solenoid valve are supplied complete or as seprate components, i.e. valve body, coil and flanges, if required, can be ordered seprately.

 

EVR solenoid valve features:

1, complete range of solenoid valve for refrigeration, freezing and conditioning plant

2, wide choice of coil for AC and DC

3, suitable for all fluorinated refrigerants

4, Extended ends for soldering make installation easy, it is not necessary to dismantle the valve when soldering in.

Working principle of air - cooled water - cooled unit system:

Air cooled chillers use shell and tube evaporators to exchange heat between water and refrigerant. The refrigerant system absorbs the heat load of the water, and when the water cools and produces cold water, the heat is carried into the finned condenser by the compressor. Then the cooling fan loses to the external air (air cooling).


The shell and tube type evaporator is used in the water-cooled chiller to exchange heat between water and refrigerant. The refrigerant system absorbs the heat load of the water, which is cooled to produce cold water, and then the heat is carried into the shell and tube condenser by the compressor. The heat exchange between the refrigerant and water causes the water to absorb heat, which is then sent out from the external cooling tower through the water pipe (water cooling).


At the beginning, the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas is sucked away by the compressor after evaporating and cooling, and then compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure gas and sent to the condenser. The high-pressure and high-temperature gas is cooled by the condenser, which condenses the gas into high-pressure liquid at room temperature. When the room temperature high-pressure liquid flows into the thermal expansion, the valve is throttled into low-temperature low-pressure wet steam, which flows into the shell-and-tube evaporator and absorbs the heat of the frozen water in the evaporator to reduce the water temperature. The evaporative refrigerant is sucked back to the compressor for the next refrigeration cycle to achieve the refrigeration purpose.
