1. One is a general thermoplastic polypropylene PP plastic.

2. The second type is thermosetting DMC unsaturated polyester fiber reinforced plastic:

The first one is that general plastics do not advocate the use of the user. Because the time of the product packaged by this material is too long, the product will be short-circuited and puncture, mainly because the PP material and the skeleton material will enter the air at the place where they are combined. The water does not meet the requirements of the cooking experiment, and the second can meet the requirements of the immersion experiment, but it does not meet the requirements of the cooking experiment.

So what is the cooking experiment? Specifically, it is to put the product into boiling water of 100 degrees for 2 hours, put it into cold water for 1 hour, then put it into boiling water for 1 hour, then put it into cold water for 1 hour, the external water is blown open, and the waveform between the turns is used. The measurement waveforms of the instrument overlap, and the short-circuit meter measures the short circuit.

3. The third type is a thermosetting epoxy molding compound package. This plastic sealing method has excellent electrical insulation, high electrical strength, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and flame retardancy (the temperature resistance index after molding is 1500 degrees and outstanding). It has high mechanical strength, high dielectric function, excellent resistance to electric leakage and arcing, and is suitable for use in environments with isoelectric ions or corrosive gases. The parts can be exposed outdoors for a long time.
