1. Development history of acrylic diffusion sheet
When light travels from one medium to a smooth
interface in another medium, part of the light is reflected by the
interface, and another part of the light is transmitted through the
interface and refracted in the other medium. The angle of incidence
of light is equal to the angle of reflection, and the reflected
light and the incident light are on both sides of the normal in the
same plane, which is the law of reflection. The refracted ray
conforms to the law of refraction: the refracted ray lies in the
plane of the incident light and the normal, the refracted light and
the incident light are on both sides of the normal, and the ratio
of the sine of the incident angle to the refracted angle is a
constant. Both the law of refraction and the law of reflection are
the basis of geometric optics. They not only lay the foundation for

The light diffuser is a physical phenomenon of refraction,
reflection and scattering that occurs when the light encounters two
media with different refractive indices on the way through chemical
or physical means. Add inorganic or organic light diffusing agents
to the foundation, or artificially adjust the light through the
array arrangement of the microfeatures on the surface of the
substrate, so that the light is refracted, reflected, and scattered
in different directions, thereby changing the light's traveling
route and realizing sufficient incident light. Dispersion produces
the effect of optical diffusion, and light diffusion plates are

3. Microstructured light diffuser
The microstructure light diffusing plate is arranged in an array of
micro-feature structures on its surface, so that the light is
refracted in different directions when passing through, changing
the light's travel route, realizing the sufficient dispersion of
the incident light, and achieving a softer and more uniform

The microstructure light diffusion plate has high transmittance. By
changing the shape and different arrangement of the microstructure,
the diffusion angle, the space and energy distribution of the light

3, diffractive diffuser
Diffractive diffuser is a kind of light mixing function. It does
not really diffuse light. It is generally used for imaging optics
or local lighting fixtures.
According to the material of the light diffusing board substrate,
the light diffusing board includes the following categories:
PMMA diffusion plate: with PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate, alias
acrylic, plexiglass) as the base material;
PS diffuser plate: based on PS (polystyrene);

7. Package and shipping
One piece of acrylic sheet package: double-sided covered
with kraft paper or PE film, the cover film does not have any LOGO
of our company.
7.2. Tray package: the total weight of each pallet is about
2 tons, the bottom is wooden pallet or iron pallet, and the
surrounding is packed with corrugated paper.
7.3. The packaging method of the whole container: 20-23 tons
(about 3000 pieces) 20-foot container, 10-12 pallets.
