Steam washer is applied for PET Flake hot washing with chemical detergent remove glue, oil, stain etc.

Steam washer is designed as:

1. PP/PE/PVC Label Discharging on the top of Steam washer

2. Mixing blades inside the steam washer

3. Electrical or steam heating or optional heating way

4. Removing oil, glue, stain etc.

5. Heating temperature is above 80℃(Best temperature for PET Flake washing, if temperature is too high, the PET Flake will be shrink
