Usage
1, With water spray cooling system. it is suitable for processing of thermal sensitive material. With unique water spray cooling system. When the temperature of main machine is higher than setting temperature, water spray automatically until the temperature decreased normally.
Note: less of water spray into to machine will be dryed quickly which will not affect material properties. It can be installed by your requirements.
2, The raw material become power by vibration principle of ultrasonic vortex wave pressure which is from the high speed rotating of main shaft.
The material is conveyed to screening system by wind conveying. The coarse materal is back to the milling chamber automatically, then pulverized again.
3, The blade adopt high quality steel which is treated by heating.after heat treatment, with good abrasion resistance. It is suitable for continuous running.
4, This size of machine is small with compact structure, fully sealed, no dust overflow.
5, The material is transferred based on own wind pressure.
Product Application
The PNMF series automatic plastic mill is disk-type plastic grinding mill series, which has the advantage of high-yield and low-power. This machine can be used for powder processing of Polyethylene (PE), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Polypropylene (PP), Polystyrene (PS), ABD, nylon, EVA, PET and other materials.
The pulverizer is composed of vacuum loader, water cooling pipe, grinding chamber, air blower, vibration sieve, auto vibrating feeder, air locker, dust catcher, cyclone silo, auto temperature controller, stairs, water outlet, water inlet and pulverizer machine main frame.
The material to be pulverized is fed centrally between a fixed and a high Speed rotating pulveriser disc with centrifugal effect carrying the material through the processing zone before being discharged from the machine pneumatically.
