Special Mold Base Plates are high-end precision machined mold base plates designed for various mold production needs. They are made of 50c material with ASTM: 1050, JIS: S50c, DIN: CK53, ASTM: P20, ASTM: P20+Ni(DIN: 1.2738), ASTM: 420(DIN: 1.2083), ASSAB: S136, ASTM: P21(Japan: NAK80), ASTM: H13(DIN: 1.2344, JIS: SKD61, ASSAB: 8407), hardness HB=160-180, which is higher than ordinary steel(hardness 140-170), and with lower deformation rate and better rust resistance.
The whole set of screw teeth uses CNC Extrusion Teeth Process to ensure smooth screw teeth to make it easy to disassemble and assemble. The screw head is processed by CNC Sinking with the bottom of the hole flat, and the locking performance is better. The square iron screw hole is processed by CNC with good verticality. The plate thickness tolerance is +0-0.1mm, and all necessary accessories can be pre-customized to shorten the mould production time.
The mold base plates are machined by imported equipment, such as MAZAK, OKUMA, MORI SEIKI, MAKINO, with accurate repeated positioning and precision hole and frame tolerance of 0.01mm and good finish. Using high-end imported cutting tools (Swiss Sandvik and Japanese BIG) can improve the straightness and precision of holes and frames and the accuracy and finish of the entire processing of the mould base.
