Spectial Mold Base Plates are a custom-made solution for CNC Machining operations. Our products are available in size range from 15*15cm to 50*70cm and are made to meet the highest standards. The mold base plates come equipped with honing true round guide sleeve that can effectively increase the number of opening and closing molds by 20%, prevent guide post from being pulled and improve the service life of the mold. The plates are made of 50C material with a hardness of HB=160-180, which is higher than ordinary steel (hardness 140-170), and offer better rust resistance and less deformation rate. The screw teeth are processed by CNC extrusion, which provides smooth screw teeth and easy disassembly and assembly. The screw head is processed by CNC sinking, which makes the bottom of the hole flat and provides better locking performance. The square iron screw hole is also processed by CNC for better verticality. The plate thickness tolerance comes with +0-0.1mm. It also comes with pre-customizable accessories to shorten the mold production time.
