1. Hybrid Linear Stepper Motor Overview

The driving principle of the Hybrid Linear Stepper Motor is based on step technology. The motor controllers output precisely controlled current to drive the motor. The screw mechanism transforms the rotation movement into a linear movement to achieve high -precision position control. In the actual application process, the motor controller will operate in accordance with different control modes, such as the full step mode, the half -step mode, etc. The choice of these modes will affect the rotation speed and position control accuracy of the motor. Also there are various types of screw leads and stroke to meet the requirements of different applications.

 

Generally, the standard stroke of the electric screw is 100,150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400mm, while special stroke requirements can be supported by flexible customization. The hybrid linear stepper motors can be designed with different thrust screw leads according to different application loads. The maximum thrust of the hybrid linear stepper motors can reach up to 20kN, the without load speed normally is 4 ~ 45mm/special linear speed can also be customized.

 

Hybrid linear stepper motor main features,

  • High accuracy: Because the screw rod is a spiral line, the stepping motor with a drive can make the position accuracy high, usually 0.01 mm.
  • Large torque: The torque of the stepping motor with a screw drive is relatively large, which can withstand large loads and inertia.
  • Simple structure: The transmission structure of the screw is simple, and there is no need to specialize in a dedicated deceleration mechanism. The cost is low.
  • Lack of resistance to interference: Since the stepper motor controls the discrete signal, it has a small impact on environmental interference.

Hybrid linear stepper motors are widely used in high -precision requirements automation applications, such as factory automation, precision calibration, precision fluid measurement, and accurate position movement, electronic production, semiconductor production, medical equipment’s, testing platforms, factory automation, etc.
