DN40-DN4000 High Elasticity Flexible Rubber Joint
Flexible rubber joints are also called shock absorbers, flexible joints, rubber flexible joints, pipe shock absorbers, etc. It can solve the port deviation, axial expansion and misalignment of various pipelines. It is generally used in civil construction water supply and drainage engineering, fire fighting pipeline network pump room unit pipeline acceptance, sewage treatment pipeline connection, high-pressure gas-liquid chemical medium transportation, petroleum, Ship etc. It is the most commonly used rubber joint for pipe fittings in the world today. It has the advantages of reducing pipeline noise, good sealing, light weight, convenient installation and maintenance, and long service life.
Craftsmanship
The vulcanization technology is used to transform the linear
molecular structure of the plastic rubber into a three-dimensional
network structure. The inner layer is glued, the middle layer is
reinforced with SNT series nylon 66 ultra-high-strength industrial
silk cord fabric, and the outer rubber layer is composited with
rubber curved spheres by injection pressure vulcanization. It
consists of cast iron and forged metal flanges.
Folding performance characteristics
1. Small size, light weight, good flexibility, easy installation
and maintenance.
2. It can produce lateral, axial, and angular displacement during installation, and is not restricted by the non-through-core pipes and the non-parallel flanges.
3. It can reduce the transmission noise of the structure while working, and has a strong vibration absorption capacity.

1. Special requirements can be customized by letter and drawings. The flanges are in accordance with the "National General Water Supply and Drainage Standard Atlas", and the others are in accordance with HG/T2289-2000. 2. DN350-600(2) type working pressure is 1.6MPa, DN32-400(3) type working pressure is 2.5MPa. 3. The working pressure of DN700-DN1200 is 1.0MPa, the working pressure of DN1400 is 0.6MPa, the working pressure of DN1600-DN1800 is 0.4MPa, and the flange is selected according to 0.6MPa. The working pressure of DN2000 is 0.25MPa, and the flange is selected according to the pressure of 0.6MPa. 4. For high-level water supply products above DN200, the pipeline must have a fixed support or fixed bracket, otherwise the product should be equipped with an anti-pull device. |
