The seamless three-way cold extrusion forming process is also known as the hydraulic bulging process, which is a forming process in which the branch pipe is expanded by the axial compensation of the metal material. The process is to use a special tee machine to inject liquid into a tube blank with the same diameter as the tee main pipe. The two horizontal side cylinders of the tee machine synchronize the centering motion to extrude the tube blank. The volume of the tube blank changes after being squeezed. Smaller, the pressure of the liquid in the billet increases as the volume of the billet becomes smaller. When the pressure required for the expansion of the three-way branch pipe is reached, the metal material moves along the mold cavity under the dual action of the side cylinder and the liquid pressure in the billet. Three links production process

3. 5. Heat treatment: Put the basically formed tee in a large annealing furnace to smolder it, let it cool naturally before taking it out.
