The sizing and cooling system of proprietary technology, water film lubrication and water ring cooling are adopted to meet the requirements of HDPE and PP materials and ensure the stability of diameter and roundness of thick-walled pipes produced at high speed.

The pipe vacuum sizing tank with special design and multi-stage control of vacuum degree is adopted to ensure the dimensional stability and roundness of HDPE and PPR pipes. The single screw  extruder and pipe hauling off tractor are controlled and controlled by imported speed regulator, with good stability, high precision and high reliability

Based on more than 24 years of design and production experience, combined with the actual situation at home and abroad, our company has developed HDPE/MPP pipe automatic production line, which includes all automatic units and interface equipment from the extruder.
