PVC Glazed Roof Tile is polyvinyl chloride resin (abbreviated PVC) as the main raw material, supplemented by UV anti-UV agents and other chemical raw materials, the ratio of science, made with advanced technology. PVC tile, also known as plastic - steel tile is steel tile replacement products. Adopt Multi-layer co-extruded composite technology, the product surface covered by layers of anti-aging, improved weather resistance and color durability. This tile extrusion line is consist of conical twin screw extruder/
die head/Calibration unit/ Chilling unit/Hauling unit/Cutting
unit/Stacker. PVC roof tile can be widely used in the old and new

civil bungalow, the residential quarters to flat slope, the new
rural construction, villa roofing, pile of loading bays, farms,
vegetable shed, rain booming, awning and sights and raising antique

6. Unique grooved structure feed bush with force cooling system
that is specially designed by Friend co. which can increase output
at 15-20%.
7. Variable screw-pitch and double-separate structure screw is
specially designed for PE. Comprehensive plasticizing element,
ensure the plasticizing effects of materials.
8. The water cooling tank has two vacuum chambers which can improve
cooling effect .
9. This line includes automatic forced feeding system/conical
extruder/die head and mold/calibration unit/chilling unit/hauling
unit/cutting unit/stacker .
