Introduce
working principle
The trolley docks with the host machine and connects the PCB and
puts it in place → the track retracts into place → 90 degrees
rotates accurately into place → the track extends forward and is in
place → the board is taken out and completed → the track is
retracted and in place → 90 degree rotation → the track is extended
and in place to wait for the connection plate.
l Various non-standard models can be customized according to users’
PCBs of different sizes and special needs;
l Reason for your choice: PCB flow direction needs to be changed,
filtered and diverted, and two lines merged into one. This
equipment is purely automated equipment designed to save you
manpower and reduce production costs.
l Suitable for fully automatic 90-degree turn docking of various
SMT, DIP or assembly production lines.
l This machine has two modes: pass-through and rotation. One-click
conversion and conversion between the two modes are very convenient
and can be easily realized by simply operating on the human-machine
interface. The through and corner functions can also be used to
screen NG & OK products when selected at the same time.
l Using international brand pneumatic components and reasonable

greatly extended.
