Generally, before starting to test the patient, an ECG test will be performed. The steps are as follows:
1. First, you need to adjust the ECG simulator to a heart rate of 80bpm and an ECG gain of 1mV;
2. Connect one end of the ECG cable and lead wire cable to the ECG connector interface of the UT4000F patient monitor, and the other end to the simulator;
3. Observe the ECG channel to see if there is any murmur in ECG lead II. When the R wave appears, there will be a "beep" sound;
4. Check whether there is ECG waveform and noise interference in each ECG lead; adjust the ECG gain to 2mV and observe whether there is any change in the ECG waveform;
5. Unplug the RA from the simulator and observe whether the screen prompts "lead off";
6. Reconnect the RA lead and set the 1mV calibration, and observe whether the 1mV calibration square wave overlaps. The ECG test is completed.
