Lithium Battery Balancer for Electric Vehicles

This equipment is energy-consuming balance(passive balance), which is to balance the

discharge method of single cells.Due to the differences in the battery cells, the cell voltage

rises at different speeds during the series charging process.The cells with high voltage are

charged first, which triggers the over voltage protection of the BMS system. Therefore,

the cellswith low voltage cannot be fully charged. During the discharging process, the cells

with low voltage are discharged first.The vicious circle causes the voltage difference to

become larger and larger, which causes the capacity of the battery pack todecrease, resulting

in a severe reduction in the cruising range.Therefore, it is necessary to repair the voltage

difference of the battery pack to restore the current maximum capacity.Guarantee the

performance and life of the lithium battery pack.

charging and discharging status bar will display "Wired off.

 Voltage acquisition accuracy: ±2mV.
 Current measurement: Supports current measurement within 30A of charging and discharging. Charge and 
discharge require a separate charger and discharge load.

 Safe and reliable: Triple protection (software protection; hardware protection; mutual supervision between 
master and slave).

SET the parameter before balance

As per your real battery ,set well the right value you need. First of all set well you battery series no. first.
then go on others
Once type in it will save it automatic If you not know how to set,then you can use the one key to set as per your battery material..
If your battery pack is NMC one then click the button NMC PARAMETER, the parameter will be set well
automaticlly

How to use

1,Connect the AC power
 2,Turn on the machine  3,Connect the battery to the machine by the correct test cable order 4,Set the parameter
5,start balance
6,Pull off the test cable in correct order once balance finished
7,Press the key power off
8,remove the AC power

Q1:If the balancer can be used for all the battery?A1:No,, now our machine mainly used for lithium -ion battery pack .including NCM/LFP/LTO battery
Q2:If my battery pack is over 32S ,can we also use your balancer to balance the voltage?
A2:Yes, you can. but need balance the first 32S first,then go on the remaing serie
Q3:If my battery pack is over 32S ,can we also use your balancer to balance the voltage?

Q4:If the balance current the bigger the better?
 A4:No, the balance current when set need as per your battery voltage and capacity 
Q5:How long time it will need for the balance?
 A5: It based on your battery voltage and capacity.. if capacity big and voltage difference big,,then it will need longer time
Q6:After balance well,how long it can keep?
 A6: It based on your battery cell quality. usually the better quality the longer effect can keep
Q7:Does the balancer need extra power?
 A7: Yes, need connect the AC power. Default one is 220V, if you need 110V one please contact with our sales
Q8:When charge balance mode,do we need connect one extra charger?
 A8: Yes, need connect the right battery charger or DC power supply
