There are several surfaces for the client to choose from. Such as:

MDF or Plywood(this is a raw finish, the client can paint or put the wallpaper on the panels).

Melamine or laminate(this is the most popular surface for clients because it is most economical, there are more than 60 colors to choose and very easy to maintain).

Fabric or Leather(softcover and hardcover also available, of course, it will be soundproofing than other surfaces).

Glass or mirror(very popular in the dancing room and music school).

Acoustic panels(such as the polyester acoustic panels, wooden grooved acoustic panels and wooden perforated acoustic panels).

Landscape painting PU leather(the client can choose the most favorite picture or drawing, then we can print and put it on the panels as surfaces.)

2). Q: What is the price of the movable wall?

A: Our mobile wall system is customized, the cost is calculated by area, the thickness of different walls, and the price of different finishes are different. Therefore, we need you to provide us detailed dimensions such as height, width, and finish requirements. If possible, we also need your layout drawings.

3). Q: Is the movable partition acoustic (soundproof)?

A: Yes, our movable wall system is soundproof. We have different acoustic material fillings and various sound-absorbing panels to achieve different acoustic ratings. For the 65 series, we can reach 45db, for the 80 types we can reach 48db, the 85 types can reach 50db, for the 100 types we can reach 50db.

4).Q: How to install an active partition? Is it difficult to complete?

A: It is not difficult to install our active partitions. Our active partition is a hanging rail type moving wall that does not require any ground track. Therefore the hanging rail structure will be very important. We have very detailed drawings and videos showing how to install, so your employees just need to follow them step by step.

7.Track System

1.For single or paired panels up to 250kg. One 4-wheeled carrier is provided per panel, each wheel is consists of molded polymer tires on hardened steel ball bearings. Resilient mounted body for quiet operation and load distribution.special for center stacking option. The usual dimension from the ceiling to the structure is 200mm.

2.For panel up to 225kg. Two carriers are provided per panel. Each carrier has two horizontal counter-rotating wheels that roll (not slide) in the track. Each wheel has precision ground bearings, encased with POM for quiet operation. Carriers easily negotiate square or angled corners without switches. The usual dimension from the ceiling to the structure is 200 mm.
