Description:
Bunge movable partition walls is made of high quality anodized aluminum frame with environmentally composite materials.The panels move on a ceiling track with no requirement of floor guides or rails,and they have a standard thickness of 65 mm,85 mm and 100 mm,and a width up to 1230 mm.Maximum height can reach 13 meter tall.
Feature:
Our movable partition utilises up to date materials and manufacturing methods and can attain much higher levels of sound attenuation than was previously achievable with a folding partition. The sliding wall is extremely easy to use and incorporates important features such as integral pass door and a flush appearance when closed.
It is available as a ceiling track hung system with our without floor location pins, or as a floor mounted system supported on an ultra low profile floor track that can be installed flush with the floor covering. The floor mounted system utilizes a ceiling guide track that can accommodate an adjustment tolerance of 22.5 mm. both systems are available as center or end tracking.

Aluminium accessories:
Track: The tracks are made from extruded 6063 - T5 anodized aluminium. The track housing shall utilize grooves and interlocking steel pins for positive alignment of adjacent track sections, and shall be reinforced overhead by drop rod brackets. Aluminum track housing shall include an integral nut slot to accept a hardened square nut for attaching each drop rod bracket to the top of the track.
Panels:The Panels will be made from 12mm MDF boards and shall be
100mm thick and 1230mm maximum width, made to the appropriate
acoustic rating and structural backing and mounted in full
perimeter extruded aluminium frames with interlocking corner
construction .The panel faces shall be finished with selected
material.
Panel Surface Finish:The panel surface will be as per the clients
requirement finished either in factory – China or by others . The
normal finish such as:laminate,veneer,melamine,fabric etc.

Track system:
Aluminum tracks feature quiet operation, consistent shape for
end-to-end alignment, selection of 2 separate ceiling officiants
for ease of alignment, corrosion resistance and hard running
surface for proper carrier movement. Tracks have been tested for a
minimum of 10 years of use.
It uses track and trolleys on individual panels system and track
and trolleys on paired panels system.
